Four steps from a first call to an app your club owns.

We talk about your club
A 15-minute call with Dmitri. You tell us how your club runs today and what gets in the way. If OwnClub isn't a fit, we'll say so.
After the call we send a short written summary: what we'll set up, the one-off price and the timing.

We set it up in your colours
We set up your club's own members' app, in your name and colours, with your logo. We agree the timing on the call.
- 03
We tailor it with you
We bring in your member list and walk your organisers through the admin side. Members stay hidden until each one chooses to show their details.
- 04
You own it
We hand it over to your club. You pay once; there's no subscription. We check in with you on day 7 and day 30.

- Check-ins on day 7 and day 30 after hand-over.

Where it runs
On our server
We run it and install updates, on hosting terms we agree on the call. We tell you in writing where the server is before your app goes live.
On your server
Your club owns the server and the app on it. We help you move it there.
Changes later
Need something changed after hand-over? Ask us, or change it yourselves: the code is yours.
Pay once. No subscription.
We agree the price on a short call, after we've seen what your club needs, and put it in writing before any work starts. If we host the app for you, we agree the hosting terms then too.
