Visiting this website
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no scripts from other websites. Cloudflare, which runs the site, processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not keep a log of visitors.
The contact form
When you send the form, we receive your club's name, your club's website if you give it, your name, your email address, the language you chose for our reply, and what you wrote. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about OwnClub with your club.
The form sends two emails through Resend: your enquiry to our mailbox, and a confirmation to you. We keep the enquiry in our mailbox and delete it 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Resend keeps its own copy of sent emails for 30 days.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Organisations we email
We sometimes write to clubs and societies about OwnClub. We write only to registered organisations, at the address they publish themselves, and we record where and when we found it. Our legal basis is legitimate interest.
We send at most three messages to an organisation. Replying "no" ends it for good: we add the address to a do-not-contact list and never write again. If there is no reply, we delete what we hold 12 months after our last message.
Booking a call
Calls are booked on meetdima.org, Dmitri's booking page, and appear in his Google Calendar. We use your name, email address and your answers only to prepare for and hold the call.
Who else processes data
The services we use, what each does and where it processes data are listed on Trust & privacy. Some of them are in the United States, so what you send us may be processed there.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy to take elsewhere, restriction, or object to our use of it. Email dmitri@ownclub.eu; we answer within a month.
You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee.
