Terms of sale

Who sells
OwnClub is sold by Distail Group OÜ (registry code 11116510, VAT EE102197646), Estonia. These terms apply to every OwnClub order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Price
The price is a one-off amount, agreed with each club in writing before any work starts. There is no subscription. VAT is added at the Estonian rate where it applies.
If we host the app for you, the hosting terms are agreed in writing too.
What you get
The scope of the work is the written summary we send after our call and you accept. Anything not in that summary is not included, unless we agree it in writing.
Delivery
We agree the delivery timing with you in writing. If something on our side delays it, we tell you as soon as we know.
Ownership
After full payment, your club may keep, run, change and move its app and the app's code.
Support
We walk your organisers through the app and check in with you on day 7 and day 30 after hand-over. Any further support is agreed in writing.
